Baked Salmon

Ingredients:
1 fresh skinless Atlantic Salmon fillet (Whole)
3 tbsp of 100% pure avocado oil
1 lemon
2 tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning
10 mini sweet peppers
5 tomatoes on the wine cut in halves
Instructions:
1. Pour oil into a large Pyrex baking pan evenly
2. Wash the fish thoroughly
3. Put the fish in the Pyrex baking pan and squeeze lemon juice all over the fish
4. Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning on the fish and rob it all over using a basting brush.
5. Place the Pyrex baking pan in the bottom shelf of oven and bake on 350° for 1/2 hour
6. In another Pyrex baking pan, bake the tomatoes and sweet peppers for 15 minutes at 350° on the top shelf of the oven
