Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

-Whole cut up chicken

-One raw onion

-1 pack Shan Biryani Masala

-Whole Milk yogurt

-2 limes

-4 1/2 cups Basmati rice

-Cilantro

-Peppercorns

-Elaichi

Instructions: 

Take one whole cut up chicken and add it to a mixture of shan biryani masala, whole milk yogurt and lime as a marinade. Caramelize onions then add whole pepper and elaichi and set to low flame. Add the marinated chicken into the onions and cook on low heat until chicken is fully cooked. Boil white rice whole the chicken is cooking. Once both are done, add together and stir. Topped with cilantro and served with yogurt
